I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I think there's this myth that therapists have all their own sh*t figured out, and for me at least I know that's far from true (hopefully it isn't just me). On the contrary, I think we should be leading by example!

Tip while joining a big organization virtually:

Request phone number of people you meet during induction and Create a whatsapp group.

In the initial days everything is new and you would be running pillar to post to figure how to do mundane task like filling timesheet, log in credentials, vpn access, raising service desk tickets and so many more things.

In large organisations, while working virtually we don't have right point of contacts to get our queries resolved. This whtsapp grp will help
