Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

Can someone please share the salary breakup for HCL ? Maybe a screenshot.
Actually, I want to review the salary structure and components before having a discussion with HR on this.
Based on information so far, total yearly earning
= Fixed + Gratuity + PF + engagement performance + annual performance.
Is this right ?
Do they give the whole amount of the engagement performance and annual performance ?
Or they give only part of it like Accenture does.

It depends on team n manager.
case 1 : my sister got 20% increment after spending one year
case 2 : one friend got 15%,15% two times increment in 2 years
case 3: few friends got 5-10% increment
Sister - 12 LPA, yoe 1.6 db admin
Friend - 19LPA , yoe 5.9 dev ( oracle ready to retain for 36LPA
Friend - 10LPA , dev 6yoe
The problem with oracle is that their tech stack is very old.

My brother was working in Oracle and currently my sister is working.
I think whatever ctc u ask u will get 1L or 1.5L more than that.. i think they give hike once evry 2 years. Im not sure tbh
At Oracle your hike depends on how well your product is doing in the market. Fusion Apps for example is doing really well in the last few years, so their hikes will be relatively higher, compared to products not doing well.
Also at Oracle the general tendency is to give hikes to only maybe 50% of the team at any point of time, so if you are a high performer you will most likely be taken care of at Oracle.
Also from what i hear, to stop attrition Oracle will most likely start giving hikes every year to stay relevant in the marketplace. Case in point : we got good hikes last year ( got around 20%) , promotion hike in Feb ( again around 20 %) , plus a few people in my team got corrections of an average 35 to 40 % , plus we should be getting hikes for this year by September ( along with bonus and stocks for high performers)
