I'm in a dilemma because the startup wants me to join on 31st oct while the big4's 3rd round will be held on 1st nov. I prefer joining the big4 org more. A little helpless situation because of the diwali holidays. Can I delay the offer for a week more? I had mentioned to them that I'm a immediate joiner also. Please help.

Hey everyone - I could do with some advice. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am having a hard time getting interview calls. I am trying to pivot from consulting to the industry and targeting project/program management roles. HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

Weekly Hot take. Accessibility=/= easy mode. I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps. I am not a person with disabilities but i believe Celeste did a pretty good job at adding some of these features. I know it's hard to account for every type of disability but we can at least start with the most common ones.
