Thinking about accepting a software engineering offer for BCG Digital Ventures . can anyone working there tell me about the work culture, learning opportunities, and exit opps . Im also interviewing with Zillow and am deciding wether to wait or take an offer. I’m really intrigued by the idea of building ventures and learning alot on the technical and entrepreneurial sides, but the opportunity to work for a tech unicorn is also very intriguing

I was assigned to a project which has application support and maintainance in Ionic. I am from Native android background having 4 years of experience. Does ionic has demand in industry ? I am a little skeptical about this. Please if anyone could throw some light on it.

Ventures and BCG in general is awesome (London), but, why would you pass up a tech unicorn where you could get shares that may grow bigger than you ever think?
no software engineering , i have 2 yoe so its between an associate software role at bcg dv and a lvl2/3 role at zillow . My priority is building my tech skills and and getting a role at a pre-IPO tech company in 2/3 years. each bcg dv and zillow have their own pros and cons , but would take zillow if i had both offers in hand
If Zillow wasn’t public I might sway towards that offer. But I think bcg would be great experience.
