Hi fishes, recently I received an offer from Accenture and the fixed pay is 7.2 LPA for management level 11 but that is less than my fixed pay in my current company so I have decided to ask HR for negotiation, also I'm staying at home now but for this offer I need to relocate to a different city so considering all this how much max amount in fixed pay can I ask for 3.3 years of experience?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months.
