I received offer from pwc india for 9.9, yoe - 3.2, azure data engineering. 2 months back.

Now I have other offers and want to re-negotiate with PwC.
Confused which offer from below shall I use as counter offer?

1. Lexmark - 13+0.65 variable - 13.65
2. Accenture - 12.5fixed+21% variable - 15.21lpa (max ctc)
