Today the HR offered me the CTC of 11 LPA (CCTC is 7.25 LPA)

Though it is not that much significant, when asked about it he told me that he is checking that my base salary is low and some kind of other stuffs and told me by 11 LPA, my inhand will be around 80 to 81K including the tax.

So is this the best offer, how to renegotiate? Kindly let me know pls....
