What could be a better deal, if given an option (for a 4.9 yrs experienced Java Developer):

Joining Cognizant (at Hometown) as a Salesforce Developer (will be cross-trained by them on it)
Or
Joining Publicis Sapient (offering permanent WFH) as a Java Developer.

Suggest basis on the following two factors as well:
1. If payscale is not much different / not a concern.
2. If Publicis Sapients offer a better package.

Kindly also state the reason (in details if possible) for your answer.

I had my L1 at Capgemini on 12th of August and I didn not hear back from them.
A few hours back I got an email from Capgemnini that my profile has been entered by the HR who had got in touch with me for the initial discussion for the role(not the recruiter).
I have called the recruiter and she does not have much knowledge except that my L1 was positive.
My LWD at my current organisation is 16th sep.
