Salesforce is the rage now take it
Although I've not yet received the offer from Sapient but having a hint/idea on what they can/will offer.
What if Sapient offers a much better pay?
Lets consider an example of a difference in CTC of 2.5L more than CTS?
What should be done in such case?
Shall I still go with CTS Salesforce?
You can go with sapient , explore some new techs and then you can later join cognizant and settle down.
There are 2 things here:
1. Either I should choose a currently in-demand technology and not look for salary difference.
2. If salary difference is more then choose the highest, irrespective of technology offered.
If I join Sapient, I would loose an option to get Salesforce again in future.
Joining CTS is not a big thing, I could get that again in future, but getting Salesforce is.
I could easily join Sapient on Java, and continue my career on the same later with other companies as well.
But should I do so, or choose an automation in-demand tech now, begin and establish my career on the same or not, is the big question.
Also, is it a good idea to change domain at such experience level?
