I have a question related to working under green card EAD. I got EAD (expiring in 2 years), and plan to change employer. After 2 years, can I renew or apply for the new EAD with the new employer? My I485 is still pending.

In D, I've been tagged into a run the business kind of project, with not much innovation, but slightly complex in Salesforce. I don't have any interest in this domain. I'm confused bcoz it's been just a year in D, I joined D in an hope to climb the corporate ladder, get good exposure, none of which is happening - negativity about job security in Coforge, though SF jobs are plenty.

I have 2 offers from ZF India and FCA Chennai both are good companies and offering same CTC which company should I choose?
