Wife got a job at @Cognizant as Subject Matter Expert(SME) BPO. She has 3 years experience in Digital Marketing. But she didn't know she would get into BPO when she interviewed for the job.

I need to know what and how the job will be? How the career growth will be and is it okay take the Job there. Help please.

How much should I expect salary wise from PGIM Fixed Income @27/hr as an intern and PWC FDD with 41/hr?

I have 6 years of experience . I had an interview with amadocs. It was smooth and I answered most of the questions. At the end the interviewer asked me about salary expectations. I told him 22L and he was kind of surprised and told me that HR will get back to you . Does it mean that they are no longer considering me for the role? It's already been 2 days and I didn't get the call or interview result.
