Benifit wise it's same as other providers, you have the details in the policy documents.
I claimed cashless recently : the process is very slow. But they approved more than I expected.
I have also submitted the reimbursement claim yesterday, awaiting response.
If it's emergency then you can directly go to the hospital.
If it's network hospital and you go for cashless, hospital usually sends authorization query to the TPA.
So you can go directly.
