I am 9.5 yrs experienced guy in Cloud and DevOps. My fixed CTC is 28 lpa.
I am in salary discussions with the HR. How much should I ask for? I have heard Morgan Stanley is a good paymaster.
Is 40+ is a good call? Or shall I ask for more?
