How do you manage to eat healthy/workout during busy season? Hoping to not gain another 10 lbs during busy season this year...

So I’m in my second trimester. Everything has come back normal and great. Anatomy scan went beautifully. Now I’m getting cramps really low in my left side that I would say are like a 6-7 on pain scale and they’re like every few minutes. I don’t think they’re Braxton hicks it feels more like period cramps I’ve experienced before. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal? Can I take something for the pain?

How do you integrate cardio and strength training? I do running & peloton for cardio, Solidcore (full-body Pilates) for strength training, and yoga for flexibility.
