i just wanted to know...why tata elxsi not giving offer letter....i got selected 2 times but both times they didn't release offer letter... and also not receiving calls

I know I took out the loans and I should repay them and I’m normally fiscally conservative and against giving out free money. But I am hoping student loans get completely cancelled. It would greatly boost the economy if people do not have them hanging over their heads. However, forgiving what is currently there won’t help long term if the predatory practices around student loans aren’t fixed along with soaring tuition prices and salaries for administrators.

Currently in outpatient ortho PT. Been in the career for several years and I’ve enjoyed it but I’m wanting to look for other opportunities outside of patient care. No interest in doing a residency or teaching. I’ve been thinking of doing an MBA but unsure of what opportunities out there such as admin roles, ortho sales, consulting, etc. I’ve taken several business classes in undergrad and enjoyed them. Looking for advice on career transition and whether an MBA is worth it. Thanks!

Last friday my O-1 visa was approved and I was about to send my passport to the Embassy. Five hours later the agency that hired me (the offer was sent in the end of February) dumped me and rescinded the offer. That was a big agency. Network. My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.
