BUT it's a kind of contractual position will be on payroll of xpheno consultants.
As they communicated u will be get permanent in 3 months ...
Do I need to go ahead with this?

Why doesn’t Accenture give an inflation relief bonus like every other consulting firm?

I have joined Sunlife yesterday. I was having offer from Capgemini as well but decided to join Sunlife.

I am settled in Bangalore and cannot relocate to Gurgaon. Sunlife HR provided me remote work option.

Now I am not sure that was fair decision for me or not.

Since it is a year early if i don’t get promoted this round I know it’ll come mid year but I do expect a good salary increase still without the promo. If I don’t get the promo nor a salary increase that I’m okay with, how do I let my partner know that I will begin to entertain outside offers? some of which have offered the manager role.

Hello Fishes, I have a Job offer from Cisco and Verizon(VDSI).

Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.

I joined a new company one week back but I'm planning to resign.
It's a standard IT MNC with 10k+ employees. CTC is really good. Work is okay.
I haven't started working yet, onboarding process is 3 weeks long

Now I got another offer.
Pay is same.
The offer is exciting - the technology stack is much more modern (Go), the role is a hybrid one (70% Dev, 30% management) with option to change later. The culture is amazing.
Company is 9 years old with 200 employees.

I have got an offer from Microfocus. It's permanent wfh. Hiring manager confirmed this during interview rounds only. Later on got confirmation of perm wfh on email from same hiring manager with HR copied in mail BUT it's not written on offer ltr.

What all things to do get this perm wfh thing documented.
