Hi. I am a 6 year experienced sdet trying to get into devops.
I started to practise on Jenkins build.
I know a bit of python- used it in my automation frameworks. Need to start on containerization.
From Google I got know we need to have python, linux knowledge, ansible , chef, puppet and terraform- (good to have)
I also am preparing for azure 204.

been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Is this a dead lock? firms exp matters much more than a CPA license?

Left public accounting this year after 5+ years and looking for 10-20 hours of flexible & remote accounting/auditing/etc. type work. Message me if you have any opportunities that may fit this description. I would love to help a small business, but am open to anything fitting my vague guidelines.

Advice: my firm incentivized associates to get licensed in fed courts - 4 fed courts for a 5k raise. They also covered the admission fee. I just accepted an offer with another firm and will be putting in my 2 weeks notice tomorrow. Is it wrong to submit an expense report for the charges I incurred related to the fed court admission fees? Why does a recruiter during the interview asks if we have any other job offers ? Are we supposed to say yes or no ?
