I'm a Business Analyst with close to 3 years of experience. Mainly working around requirement gathering and project management. I currently have package of 9 LPA.

I'm thinking of a CCBA certificate.

Can anyone suggest what are the salary hike and job opportunities that I should expect after certification. And is certification really need for a Business Analyst?

Any suggestions for leaving a financial advisor/planner role? Finance has me drained and I don't want to be client-facing anymore.

I recently gave my technical phone screening interview for the role of BA 1 at Amazon it went pretty good was able to answer 90% of the answers but after that I see that my job application shows on their portal shows 'no longer under consideration' although I'm yet to receive any mails from them.
