Wells - curious. Where are you and are you buyer/seller? I'm guessing buyer and all the stats I read are completely in our favor, yet I feel like books of business should be going for sale every day and I struggle to find any good sellers?

Does anyone have a good lead on where to find research backed customer journeys? Either generic for an industry (like restaurant) or for major players in an industry (like chili's). I am fairly new to planning, and this keeps coming up as something and that would be helpful.

I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter.
