Advice needed. Got a job offer from my dream company, 15k bump in salary, stock options, large jump in PTO, 40 hour work week and way better healthcare. So all in all a better opportunity. I feel guilty leaving my Big 4 job during this time. New company said I can take a month to wrap up some work at my current job if needed. Leaving now would leave my team drastically short staffed for the fall. New hires pushed till 1/1/21. Should I feel guilty? How do I tell them and not burn bridges?

I am trying to decide between 2 offers, BDO vs. KPMG. KPMG is offering about $4k more on base, the extra $1,200 in reimbursable items, and pension but Big 4 brings WLB fears while I love the time I've spent at BDO, everyone is great and I can't recommend it enough. The big selling point KPMG is pitching me on is the MADA program. I really want to get my Master's and BDO doesnt have a set vehicle for that. Has anyone gone through MADA? BDO assc. offer in hand, KPMG intern offer in hand.

What to do with 200k cash? - Money was suppose to help for DP for an upcoming CA move. We’re now uncertain if we can afford it due to todays prices & rates. - HHI is 250k in an income tax free state. We just hit our 40’s. - Our primary home + 3 rental properties is valued @ 1.45k with 822k balance. - 1 spouse will max on 401k contribution while other is only set @ 6k only. - Combined retirement acct, 280k. We didn’t start early.

I have a surgery coming up in late 2021. I'm ready to quit my job, but the medical insurance and benefits are great and I don't know what the same would look like at another company, particularly in year 1. Should I try to stick it out another year at current firm even though I'm not happy? Or take my chances at another company?

How did you decide which funds to target? Interested in healthcare and consumer but it seems that unless I target the huge funds I won’t get that type of mix.

i went from 88k in july 2021 to 144k in jan. 2022. still living the same lifestyle. im 28 with no kids. i should live it up? my monthly expense is just eating out and car insurance around $500 total. still live with parents, no loans, no nothing. im not a materialistic person so i have no need to drive a fancy car. i drive a 2004 beater nearing 200k miles. i hope she last another 5 years before i have to buy another beater lol. am i cheap? i like my life but should i be living differently?
