I'm a fresher and I recently joined one of the big4 as a senior analyst.
I am given sap as my competency, but honestly I'm not finding it interesting. I was hoping to shift to data analytics(python, sql, etl, powerbi, advanced excel... Working with these techs).
I have knowledge in python and sql. I also have some development skills, reactjs and stuff(not relevant to data analytics).
Should I increase my skill set before starting to apply to other firms?

Just got a job offer with CVS. To say the least I’m super excited to work for an Fortune 5 company. However, the job offer 1k less than my current company, but I thought this will be boost my growth and experience. Was my choices a smart move? Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
