Currently I'm working as Backend Dev (NodeJs) in a startup with 3 years of exp and current ctc is 5.36 LPA and 90 days NP. Looking for a switch, how much hike should be my expectations for next job in the current market situation?

Should I switch right now or should I stay in the current company which would require me to sign a year bond + 90 days NP outside the bond period?

I have a total of 8.1 yrs of development experience in Java, Bigdata and Hadoop (new to it).
I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?

Hey guys I have offer from cisco system and checkpoint cyber security . Checkpoint is offering x+5 in base where as cisco is offering similar amount in joining bonus. Overall per year ctc is also differs by 3 lac (y+3) in checkpoint .

So considering recession and mass layoff which one will be right option to select in terms wlb, job security and future growth .
