Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

Any suggestions to find moments of silence/solitude during the work day? Can�t use meetings rooms and the place is like a wall st trading floor. Noise cancelling headphones?
