I am working with epam india from last 9 months as a senior software Engineer and i am on bench from last 4 months.
Today i got call from hr to resign an told me that i will get 2 months(my notice period is 2 month) full salary and don't need to return back my joining bonus.
Not giving any severance pay.

Should i resign or wait for termination?
In case of termination will i get any severance pay ?

Does your firm regularly adjust rates? I read an article suggesting it should happen annually. Curious how regularly firms adjust attorney rates.

A friend of mine has just left Infosys BPM (Consultant). He is serving notice period. It's been 1 month and it seems like manager is hell bent to make him work day and night.
