Hi Fishes,
I resigned from TCS in August and in another 18 days it's my LWD with TCS, now i got call from my lead saying they will provide canada onsite opportunity and he said he has multiple projects at onsite which he can give me, some are saying it's just a gimmick to retain you nothing else, my DM asked me to say yes or no by tomorrow so that he can start the process he said once i get approval mail then only i can take back my resignation. Agreed with PwC 1 but it can help, especially if you are on a cusp and can cut down on meds. In my experience, the meds (if you are on any) can some times mess with your head, and not in the good way.
Generally speaking (not medical advice), there are lots of diabetics who go on keto because keto is a no/very low sugar diet. I think there are a few keto for diabetics groups on Facebook! But as the others said, better to check with physician

Well the reason your sugar gets high is because of sugar intake. Cutting back carbs is most important thing you can do at pre diabetes level. Gotta start walking daily as well. Just gotta move. Buy a fit bit and get 10k steps in a day no matter what

Any insulin related medication (trulicity, glymepiride, etc) that has a side effect of low blood sugar can NOT be taken on keto. Metformin is ok.
