I attended the first and second round of interviews for Lead/Senior .NET Developer (VP) position in Gurugram on 9th and 10th Feb 2026.

I've followed up with HR regarding the status, and I've been informed that my profile is currently on hold while they try to map it to suitable team and band before scheduling the final round with hiring manager.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Would appreciate insights on how to interpret this situation and what to expect next.

Hi All- I’m looking for a super simple time tracking platform to integrate with Asana for a team of 5. All we need it for is to see how much time is going into different projects that our department is managing. That’s it. What do you think about switching tech stacks vs becoming an expert in one stack? I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
