I have 4 YoE experience as SAP consultant. I have 2 offer letter. One from Big4 , getting 13 LPA fixed+12% variable and second one is from Piramal pharma, getting 15 LPA fixed+ 5% variable. Anyone have any suggestions which one is good to join for long term career growth and job security.

I recived mail from Deloitte USI HR requesting my last 3 months pay slips and filled CTC data sheet and Aadhar, PAN. Does this mean i got through or selected ? I didn't recieve any formal communication whether i am selected or not.

Has anyone asked for a hike in the same company without any other offer in hand by letting them know that you deserve more (providing proof of work & awards)

P.S. I know everybody thinks they should receive more but just in case you really think you deserve it when compared to market standards, has anyone approached HR directly?
