I was planning to decline a job offer at McKinsey and before I could email he called and asked for final decision and I said I cannot join due to a personal reason, which is the case in reality and just mention I was about to drop an email and apologised for the inconvenience.

He called me unprofessional and said you could have informed. I know I am at fault as well as the offer was released on Monday.

Sort of feeling guilt now, anyways to overcome this?

I am working in a MNC for 10 years and my wife was a teacher
Recently she took an initiative to start her own business, now she expects me to manage the business in order to support her. I already have a job and can't leave because of monetory support.

My mental health is detoriating as I am unable to manage both. I recently lost my laptop while travelling

And she accuses me of a person with poor mental strength always because I am always confused
