Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

One of my previous agencies has a NY office and has a job req. up for a Jr. PM. They are a CMR/CRM agency and mostly digital (emails, etc.). They don't have producers, they do development in-house and the PMs are the producers. They have a decent amount of process/structure and I enjoyed working there. They're an Omnicom agency.

Edit to add: I don't think you need CAPM to be taken seriously, especially for a junior role, but certifications are certainly a bonus (I do not have any and had no problem transitioning from Account Sup to PM, though to be fair, I was basically an AS/PM since we didn't have PMs).
Yep. 360i NY is building out a PM team. My old boss just got hired there as the the head of PM department and she is the best!
I started out as a project manager at Grey NYC. You will work your ass off but learn a lot. I don't know who's in charge now my old boss left. It's worth looking into. They took me in and I had a creative background in film, so in terms of starting out and getting your foot in the door this is a good place. Good luck!!
What city? Assume creative agency? Traditional? Digital? Are you asking for a friend or switching careers? If the latter, do you have PM experience?
@PM1 NYC! Traditional of digital is fine. I have transferable skills from 3 years of media planning & buying for large CPG clients. Considering taking the CAPM certification to get taken seriously.
Try here. But i have no idea who you should contact. But i know they are building a pm team
Thanks all! Will check them out tonight. :)
