I have a townhome I want to rent out and wanted to see if there would be any interest here for a furnished townhouse (just main things like bedframes, sofa, dining table, bar stools etc). Most property managers are saying people wouldn't go for furnished, but I think it might be helpful for someone who doesn't want to move stuff or buy stuff. I spent a year in tax investigations where I believe I was thriving ( I was going to be an assistant manager in July 2023), I had a lot of assistant manager jobs, I even drafted a Code 9 report to HMRC which my manager said was 80% of an actual report, he then added the 20% and submitted it.
After I realised I couldn't maintain all the unpaid overtime I was working I decided to take a turn and go to compliance, so now I work in CT compliance. I feel very surpressed.
