I recently joined my current company, and the shift is night (6 PM – 3 AM), which was not communicated during hiring. Unfortunately, there’s no option to change the shift internally, and it’s becoming unsustainable for me.

I want to check if EPAM is a healthy alternative for me to consider, especially in terms of shift and good WLB. Please let me know your thoughts.

This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops.
