Considering a move, help! I teach k-12 vocal music at a school where I have/had a vision to improve the culture of singing (very sports focused small school) to build a choir program, which will take several years (2 years done). Been working diligently with my elem. music classes to create a climate where students are comfortable/willing to sing. I'm estimating 3 years to see middle school students buy in, and 5-6 years before my high school program sees any fruit of that labor. Stay? Move on?

Hi, I applied for a BFSI domain consultant position at TCS through Linkedin. Next day two people took my interview and said they are good to go with my profile. I might have one more tech round and HR will contact. After 4-5 days HR sent Ibegin link to create my profile and update details. Then it's been 3 weeks no other update. Do you think this is a good package as per his skills . He has tons of big professional level AWS certifications and his communication/soft skills are as good as his technical/hard skills .

Is it possible for someone without a degree or tech experience to get a fully remote entry level SDR or BDR role? If so, how? My sister’s boyfriend was fairly successful at a call center a few years ago but has only worked low wage jobs since. Any steady job would be a step up. My current employer wants 2+ YOE in a “professional environment” for the BDR role, which would likely be a barrier even with a referral.
