Let's say that EY GDS gives 2.5L as HRA. Can I utilise the whole amount or only a certain percentage for Tax Savings. Can some one help me on the Calculations

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
