Second TR and MR F2F - 4 july

Initial HR round - AUG 18

Final HR call – 26 Aug (Approved salary)

Digiverifier & HR form – 28 Aug

Status to 4 Decision Pending – 29 Aug

HR again called for recent photo - 10 th sep

offer under review and ID generated - 11th sep

Offer letter - 14 th sep Sunday

Looking for a new role leading a PM and/or ops team. I'm an agency (media & creative) vet - depth in digital, crm, creative, tech, data, & process dev/deploy.

Have also worked ~4 years transforming / running ops at Kimbery-Clark's Digital COE and ~a year on web & digital projects at NYU Langone Medical Center.

Do IH agencies have substantial PM teams / need for leadsrship? I know many need operations & process enhancement.

Any specific roles on anyone's radar?

Hi. My baby seems to have an infection in her paw. Any home remedies until i get her to the vet tomorrow? She has been experiencing joint issues so I put grip socks on her to help ease while walking. I have been invited to move up to the junior partner level in my mid-sized insurance defense/medical malpractice defense firm, but the terms essentially make me an independent contractor. What does your firm's junior partner track look like? I have been offered 50% of all income brought in, but I have to deal with my own insurance, pay all my own benefits, and handle my own insurance. Is this normal?

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs.
