2) Persistent - 17-18 (with 10 % variable), Salesforce Developer (mostly dev work), Nagpur (home)
3) Capgemini - 15 fixed (asked for 17 yet no news),Pune, Salesforce Dev (not sure if get dev but hr told i will)

I'm currently at 38L(Fixed) working with Deloitte USI, cleared all the rounds with EYGDS. I am asking for 30% hike only which will be 49.5L(Fixed) and that too they are saying out of budget. This is strange!!!

Currently placed at 20 lpa with 7 years of exp and wife at 12 lpa.
And before moving she would have to put down the papers and search for job there afresh.
I'm also having offer for 30+ lpa in India.
Would it be a wise decision to move there. Would I be able to save enough and enjoy as well?
