Who’s going to Trinidad carnival 2020?!?

So I’m thinking of taking a pharmacy tech course at my local community college. I already work in healthcare on the admin side (authorizations, front desk etc) & looking to get a certification that’s quick & don’t have to go back to school. How is it being a tech in the hospital setting? What other paths are there for techs? How much can you make? Or are there any other short certifications that would make more money?

Anyone here used an au pair before? We love our nanny, but are struggling to afford her. I’ve heard mixed reviews about au pairs. Can someone tell me the good, bad, and ugly? It seems to really depend on the girl you get. I know au pairs don’t make much, but we take good care of our caregivers and would probably pay her extra if she’s amazing.

How do you all handle tantrums from your toddler during dinner? We finally made it out to have a socially distanced dinner with a female friend of my husband. My toddler started getting really fussy during dinner and my spouse continued his conversation -not wanting to leave. I took the baby on a brief walk but that wasn’t really helping. Spouse still did not want to cut dinner short (we were already on dessert) and he kept his conversation going. I sat down and baby is grabbing plates (cont)

Is it possible to learn estate planning on your own? I’m a solo focusing on criminal law. I was a PD for years before going solo and criminal law is all I have ever practiced. I am, however, feeling more and more like I do not want to practice criminal law for the rest of my legal career.
