So I want to know If I am eligible for getting stocks?
Or
I should openly ask to manager on this topic so that it gets highlighted in this appraisal cycle?

Considering SAP consulting positions, and maybe I'm just over thinking it all, but what is the differnece between SAP's consulting practice and partners such as Accenture, Deloitte, etc? Is there any?

For anyone who's made it out of SAP: How do you write your experience on your resume to focus less on SAP so your not pegged as an "SAP guy"? My experience is mostly in testing and project management.

I’ve recently started work at a very young tech startup. Coming from a big law background, this was a huge change of pace/environment. I’m having a lot of trouble getting used to how unstructured the startup is. It feels like hire ups give a set of instructions then talk as if they don’t remember, or then decided rules A, B, C and D applies without being clear this was the case. Is this just the general startup environment? If you experienced this before, how did you deal with It?
