I got interview calls from IBM .I got selected in tech round and cleared PDM round on 20 April. In call, they told I a m selected but still did not receive any mail or call.
So, when can we expect mail or a call from IBM.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Anyone has seen any impact on conversion rates?

Starting the interview process at a competitor and the people I will be interviewing with know my current team members just from being in the industry and I think some even used to work together.
