I have applied for a few other roles later and they got automated status of assessment passed but did not move to next stage? Wondering what I am supposed to do from my end. Had on-site a month ago and recruiter has promised an update several times and not followed through. Anything I can do other than following up once a week? I think I’m the backup candidate but would be helpful to get more clarity

Got a verbal confirmation for an offer from recruiter. Now she is negotiating my pay with the compensation team instead of me. I thought I had to do the negotiations with that team? I am in a super good position at Jellyfish as a Director with a good room in terms of growth. Great responsibilities, work life balance and I strongly love my job. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?
