CCTC: 25 LPA ( Fixed + Variable)

New Offer (Autodesk, Pune):

Base: 28 LPA + EPF + Gratuity
Variable: Base x 10 % = 2.8 LPA
Stock/RSU: $ 45,000 (Vested equally over 3 years), 1st Year: 45,000 / 3 = $15,000

1st year CTC: 28 + 2.8 + [PF + Gratutiy (1.68 + 0.67)] + 12.45 = 45 LPA

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? I’ve never been in a position to bargain my starting salary so this is all very new to me.

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.

One of TOP MNC (CHUBB) offered me 18 lpa . I got counter offer of 28 lpa from CGI .
Today I called that TOP MNC (CHUBB) same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CGI but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.
