I’m 24 and started as an infrastructure analyst in January at Accenture/Av. Came in with about 4 years of help desk experience. The older I get the more I realize that the $86K I make is not really much. Currently looking to pivot somewhere doing something I could be making $150K or more with… anything that doesn’t involve coding tbh.

Y'all - I am a 2021 grad in a non market amlaw100. I did not hit my 2021 billable target, but first years get a grace period until 3rd year to start hitting it. I also billed 200+ DEI hours and 200+ pro bono. My mentor helped me write a memo advocating for myself to get a discretionary bonus for the DEI and pro bono work AND today I found out that it worked!! I got a discretionary bonus for the work everyone said doesn't get recognized. Advocate for yourselves! And find old white dude allies! 😅

Supervisor said I couldn’t have week off for vacation this summer bc another coworker of higher seniority asked off the same week and two people can’t go on vacation at the same time because of staffing. But this coworker that asked off works different shift than me? He works 1st shift I work second. We have a total of 8 workers and no more than 4 work a day. can easily be covered.
