Hi Guys, I have complete all the rounds and after 4 weeks from last interview finally they have extended the offer for AD, Data and Analytics. I need few details like what is the salary range for AD at HSBC, how much variable pay normally u can expect and in which month they pay this ? regarding Work schedule and office attendance , is no of days or no of hours fixed ? if your team is virtual can you go and work from any ofc location ? do they reimburse monitor or furniture cost for WFH ?

Had an intro chat / interview with HH canceled bc of “scheduling conflict”. They said they’d reschedule asap. Haven’t heard from them for 3 days. Should I wait, follow-up or set up another call? Am I reading too much into it?

Have others found it hard to transition from Audit to Financial Analyst? All the recruiters I’m meeting with are telling me I probably won’t get an interview since they’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.

I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.
