Hi guys I have offer from epam and project is from Netherlands of contract 3 years shift timings 1 am - 9 am
I have another offer with same pay scale almost as epam from optum shift timings is 3pm -12 am
And another offer ltimindtree which is less than optum and epam but general shift
Could you Please suggest for this scenario

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

What options do i have, what if I abscond?

I am looking to move because for some reason I am hand-held a lot and given simpler tasks, so I am getting bored and want more challenging / much more fast paced environment. Also kind of bored because I am on one project for a long time and I want exposure to variety of projects. Is this a fair answer or would I be seen as arrogant? I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.
However, the work I do the tricks, logics and solutions I share with team to apply in the project… all are of no use when discussed with the architect guy. The whole team rely upon the wordings/solutions suggested by him only. It feels like my skill/knowledge and experience is of no use.
