Hi guys I have offer from epam and project is from Netherlands of contract 3 years shift timings 1 am - 9 am
I have another offer with same pay scale almost as epam from optum shift timings is 3pm -12 am
And another offer ltimindtree which is less than optum and epam but general shift
Could you Please suggest for this scenario

Client consulting manager total compensation?

My manager continues to ask me to help other teams and do work on other billable projects. I’m sick of it .. and I’m going to explicitly say that no I can’t do it because my hours are taken by the existing project we are doing. Is this appropriate?

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. Today I messed up doing a delivery. The client was expecting the supplies at 3pm in the warehouse, however, there was an accident on the highway and traffic was insane.
