As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

I would take the industry role, great pay same bonus and better work-life balance. Consulting will always be there if you want to go back
If you are burnt out and need a change, I say take the $ and the industry role. You may find pit its exactly what you want and if not, your experience will enable you to come back/switch to a new role elsewhere. And at a higher base salary to boot!
Thank you M1 and D1
Not sure if I want to / can remain in consulting and build a career here because sometimes the grind and stress feels too much, but not sure about what a PM role will do for me long term in terms of future exit ops. Consulting seems to have a much more predictable path and higher exit ops from and optics standpoint. The role in industry is a PM / implementation lead role (if that matters). I’m just so torn because I feel I’m experiencing burnout and want a change, just not sure if this is the right change to make. Please looking for advice and insights. Also, I’ve been interviewing for a while now and this is the best offer I’ve gotten so far so these are my options.
