(For some reason HR Managers aren’t offered equity at same rate as other functions though the impact to the org is obvious IMO)

Email from leadership last week. We can go back as soon as 7/5 with permission. Had to let our boss know. Phase 1 will begin in July and go through end of Sept, provided schools are re opened. Just got return to office email. People can start coming in 6/1 but still limited access. Seems like September will be a more official return. They’ve said 75% of us will remain hybrid wfh/in office after that (NYC)

Not particularly interested in compromising considering I’ve been remote my entire tenure here, but they’re really trying to force it on us. All tips welcome.
