I have received an offer with 25% hike. But when I calculate my CTC, my basic pay has been increased by only 2% and the rest of increase is in Other Benefits. Is it common?
Lets say my current basic is 11.5 lakhs, the new change is only 11.7 lakhs in basic and 6 lakhs is increased in Other Benefits section of CTC.
