I Need an advice...I have three offers in hand : TCS - 17 LPA - 15.5 fixed - WFH
SG Analytics - 22 LPA - 21 fixed - WFH
ITC Infotech - 23 LPA - 21.5 fixed - 12 days WFO from Bangalore

My tech stack is Automation Testing and yoe is 5.7 years . I have previously worked in a big Service based MNCs...So I'm a little bit worried about SG Analytics which is a mid sized kind of company.
