I don’t think Live on CNBC was the right place for him to have shared these feelings. It only incited more panic.

The “conspiracy” or whatever you want to call it. Is that he hedged his positions before hand and then went on TV fear mongering.

Gimme a break. This guy is a genius, but self-serving 100% of the time.

He lost money for four years straight when the S&P was up 13% CAGR over those four years ex dividends. Yeah, he’s a freakin genius...

Ackman boy wants his shorts to make monies.

When has ackman ever been wrong? 😂 his fund has basically blown up over the last three years. Let’s listen to someone who has constantly failed to accurately predict the market.

And he’s still a billionaire. It’s not about how many times your are wrong. It’s about the one time you are right...

If Trump is pushing a stimulus package and he gets shot down, is it really his fault if it fails 🤔

I saw this live too. He’s 100% right but you could hear the panic is his voice

like

Whatever he had to say worked... DJ futures down 700+ after market...

Hey, Musk agreed to make ventilators. Thanks Ackman!

Tesla popped like crazy after that. I wonder if he sold some shares after that.

Sounds about right

Hi,

as an analyst how do I network and maintain connections with external orgs (clients and more so buyers) after the deal has closed? I have their contacts of course but do I add them on LinkedIn after? Is is better to maintain connections w the junior team and how should I go about it w senior management? This is for general networking not that I’m trying to hop to a PE/other org immediately. TIA!

Hello All,

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

Interesting. Let’s see if the uptick In cases continues to drive an uptick in hospitalizations and then in fatalities. Depends on how many of the cases are incidental or in very young people not prone to severe cases. But either way, look at the hospital capacity utilization figures! This is the untold story. Were we bending the curve to avoid unnecessary deaths due to overcrowded hospitals, or were we bending the curve to buy time for treatments and vaccine, or just to slow fatalities?

Is it too late in our lives to jump into a mortgage?

So my fiancée and I are relatively late in terms of finally landing well paying jobs and being able to save money instead of living paycheck to paycheck. We’re both 36 and currently rent a 2 bedroom in NY and have a combined savings of $35,000 which she wants to use as a down payment on a condo. I kinda just wanna continue saving while renting. I also literally just started contributing to my 401K so I’m also late in the game for that too.

Hi-I have 120K in cash in HYSA. After keeping emergency fund aside. Still have 75-80K available that I plan to invest. After 401k, HSA, IRA and monthly expenses: we are left with 6K every month. So investing 12K every month in market. My worry is with that rate - it will take us 12-14 months to move the extra 75-80K mentioned above. However do not want to make a bulk move. Any advise how to plan the switch. At present have 60K invested in stocks. Thanks

Need help. I have $13k saved for my kids age 6, 9, 10 in just a high interest savings account which actually decreased to only .50APY. Looking to move it or do something with it to help it grow more than a few bucks a year. What are my options? Not sure if they'll go college route or where life leads them. I'll be adding approximately $300/month this year to the savings.
