Hi Guys I will be released from tcs on 4th December and need to join hcl on 15th December. Can I ask hcl hr for early joining or should I need to wait till 15th.

I’m thinking of making a switch from 4YOE in Industry to Public as a senior associate in Assurance. Do PA firm expect you to already know everything, or do they provide training to help you catch on? How challenging is it coming from industry to PA? What could be some of their expectations? And how do you exceed that?

I keep getting sour wines. I’ve never had this issue before but the last few bottles I got (store shelf, nothing too fancy) tasted like they were opened and left out. That gross stale sort of sour taste… but the cork was in tight and sealed. 🧐
