Hi Guys, in 2018 I left Infosys within 2 months after serving notice during probation in 2018 as I was not satisfied with project.when I'm applying to any new opportunities now it's simple getting rejected at initial screening. Does ex employees profile gets blacklisted if they leave in probation? I raised a ticket to helpdesk about it they said, they cannot consider me for opportunity due to some reason which cannot be disclosed? What options do I have if I want to pursue new opportunities?

I had very positive feedback on my interviews for a S&O role but the team hired someone internally. If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. I understand doing RRK again makes sense but what about GCA, googlyness or leadership . Thank you

My LWD with TCS is 10 June, I currently hold a offer of Cognizant of 18.3LPA and promise to send me at Onsite within 6 months, apart from this I have offer from TalentCafeSolution- Client JC Penny(26.85 Fixed), Infocepts (26.5LPA, 5% variable), Nice Software Solutions(25.98LPA,10% variable) , ACS Solutions(26LPA,5%), Allianz(25LPA). I am confused which should I select, trusting Cognizant and joining on less or going for one the company mentioned above.

SigOs on retreats? Partner over a small, specialized team in a smallish non-profit consulting firm fully remote for a few decades . For a few years my team was 2-3 FT staff (myself included). We had a retreat 1-2 times a year, usually in a city where we were support client work. Sometimes staff would bring a partner along and we'd meet up on the "optional dinner" w mandatory events team-only. I figured we'd meet each other's loved ones and families if we worked in an office. After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.
