A couple months back, I had an offer for a BDR position that I ended up turning down but I really liked and connected with the manager. Is it worth it to reach out? I applied to other positions in the same company. What about reaching out to previous co workers at a different company? Not sure how to navigate this… please help. I completed the last round of an interview (presentation) last week. Originally they said they would be calling my references & then make an offer accordingly.
Today they updated that they'd like me to travel to their HQ (based in Nordics & I'm in London) for the final round where I'd meet the CEO, the hiring manager and a couple of people in the team.
I don't think I'm the only one in the process - even though initially the last round was the presentation.
What are your thoughts?

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I got an offer from teksystems India for hpe client. My question is what will happen if someday HPE don't want us to work for them anymore or maybe project development ends...so will teksystems move us to different client within 2 month (as they say) or will they fire us?

Seems like hiring has slowed down but i feel we are in for another bout of great resignations due to companies calling it's employees back now and employees finding ways to continue WFH. The ones who get lucky continue WFH while not so lucky ones will start switching and startups and other mid level companies cashing in on the talent. Looks like it's the lull before the storm.
